Jim McChesney has been developing real estate in and around Winston-Salem for over 40 years. His area of expertise and enthusiasm is developing high-end residential subdivisions. Matt McChesney began his real estate career in 2002 in Washington, DC, developing high-end urban infill mixed-use projects in the DC metropolitan area. There, he was involved in constructing over six hundred luxury multifamily units.

In 2010, Matt and his wife returned to Winston-Salem to join his father in business. He is involved in sourcing, planning, and executing new projects with a distinct interest in the architecture and evolution of classic neighborhoods.

The McChesney’s have developed neighborhoods such as Marrin, Chatham, Brookberry Farm, Greenbrier Farm, and Nanzetta, among others. They have also developed homes in downtown Charleston, SC.
