Jim McChesney has been developing real estate in and around Winston-Salem for over 40 years. His area of expertise and enthusiasm is developing high-end residential subdivisions. Matt McChesney began his real estate career in 2002 in Washington, DC, developing high-end urban infill mixed-use projects in the DC metropolitan area. There, he was involved in constructing over six hundred luxury multifamily units.
In 2010, Matt and his wife returned to Winston-Salem to join his father in business. He is involved in sourcing, planning, and executing new projects with a distinct interest in the architecture and evolution of classic neighborhoods.
